The Experimental Job, in my opinion was one of the most powerful of the entire series, after the death of a homeless vet, the team heads undercover to check out a study facility that is causing PTSD and finding ways to break soldiers. In a case of how the other side lives, Hardison (Aldis Hodge) works his way into a frat house to investigate those responsible for the man’s death while Christian’s character, Eliot Spencer, poses as a vet returning from war and endures the tortures that have broken what would appear to be many men. This is an eye opening episodes and we get to see a side of Eliot and Christian’s acting that doesn’t peek through to much in the series, but that fans love as his words chill you down to your core. One of my top five episodes for sure, The Experimental Job was the 55th to air in the series as part of season four. Below you will find HQ stills from the episode for your enjoyment!
In the year 2000, Christian Kane took on the role of Billy Ryan Gallo, an up and coming hard working blues musician “from the wrong side of the tracks” who falls in love with rich girl Camille Livingston (played by singer Monica Arnold). Kane’s character is completely “wrong” for Arnold’s but their attraction is visible from the start. Free spirited fun-loving… and white, Billy goes against the cookie-cutter money made life that her father has forced her into, which is of course the perfect set up for a movie like this, and is the opening that you would expect for love to develop! I thoroughly enjoyed this movie, though there is quite a bit of cheesy laced inside of it, I still recommend watching it! It has become increasingly hard to find so below you will find a link to part one on my youtube channel, where you will be linked to all nine parts and can see the movie in its entirety. VHS copies of the film can sometimes be found on sites like amazon and ebay ranging anywhere from 50 to 100 dollars! Look for cameo’s in the film from some other very famous faces including ‘Chili’ from TLC and R&B artist Tyrese. I do not find the movie oscar worthy by any means but I watch it at least once a month for the smiles and lightheartedness that it provides, not to mention the message that love sees no class, no color, no boundaries. Happy Valentine’s Day From The Nation!
Flashback Alert Christian Kane Domesticated for 2005 Series CloseTo Home
In 2005 Christian stepped outside of the Lindsey mold and took on the role of husband and father Jack Chase in the legal drama Close to Home. His character was a supporting one that appeared in 20 episodes before suffering a tragic death in the season one finale. Up to that point however he really is depicted as the perfect husband and father all smiles and cuddles it is nearly enough to give viewers a toothache. This is one toothache however fans are happy to have, I wish I could tell you where to find Mr. Chase and view all his episodes, but at this time your best bet is to scrounge around youtube and see what you can find. Neither Hulu or Netflix offers the series and the DVDs are scarce at best. Below and in the next few updates you will find caps of every episode Christian appeared in from 1-22. There are quite a few HQ caps so you have been warned!

In 2004 Christian Kane joined the comedic genius of Jimmy Fallon and the queen herself, Queen Latifah for the film Taxi where he played head agent, Agent Mullins, if you have not yet seen this film I highly recommend it, the cast is entertaining and you will have yourself a good chuckle, or maybe two! Back in 2004 Christian Kane begged the crew of Friday Night Lights to be a part of the film about the hardcore realities of Friday Night Football in Texas! His cameo is not very long but it is noticeable, scroll down to see HQ Stills from the film.
